Social anthropologist and ethnographer. Her expertise includes post-Soviet transformations, sociocultural dynamics in communities of Russia’s European North, and traditional culture in the region. At Arctida, she focuses on Russian Arctic policy, stakeholder network mapping, and the development of a comprehensive Arctic database. She also researches the history of ethnographic exploration of northern Russia.
